During these unprecedented times, Aegis has been focused on helping its clients weather the storm of coronavirus. Many companies received new SBA loans and Aegis has worked to understand exactly how the crisis has uniquely affected each of its client’s businesses and has provided customized working capital solutions & structural amendments, when possible, to assist in cash management during this period.

While Aegis’ primary focus has been working with its existing clients, Aegis is also pleased to announce over $15,000,000 in new commitments in recent months. While other lenders may be retrenching, Aegis is stepping up to assist lower middle market companies that have strong business models and experienced management teams that are capable of getting through this period of interruption. Some of these businesses include janitorial services, food suppliers, flooring distributors, and IT service providers.
