Jay Baldwin - President and FounderAs one of the founders and President of Aegis, Mr. Baldwin's primary focus on partnering with clients and banks to insure small to medium size companies capitalize on opportunites and achieve their goals. Mr. Baldwin believes that to be a strong financial partner, one needs to have a core understanding of one's clients and their industry on a macro and micro level. Taking the time to listen and learn about a cleints business is key to being a good financial partner. Aegis is committed to the success of their clients and funding growth is our passion. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida.

Barbara Dunn, Vice President of OperationsMs. Dunn is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company including verification, collections, and Information Technology. Ms. Dunn has over 20 years of executive management experience and has been directly involved in the factoring business for 10 years. She is a graduate of Florida State University.Ellen Daigle, Chief Financial Officer Ms. Daigle is responsible for all accounting functions of the business. Ms. Daigle is a certified public accountant and has over 30 years experience in accounting, credit and general management functions. Ms. Daigle is a graduate of Louisiana State University.Jill Alvarez, Credit Officer Ms. Alvarez is responsible for the overall credit quality of our portfolio through upfront underwriting and ongoing monitoring. Ms. Alvarez has 10 years experience in structuring financing solutions for companies of various sizes. She is a graduate of Florida State University.Milton Carroll, Vice President of Sales Orlando and North FloridaMilton Carroll has joined Aegis Business Credit as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Orlando and South Florida Market. Mr. Carroll's career spans more than 18 years in various roles of banking and finance including commercial client advisory, special assets management, credit analysis, and the delivery of customized lending solutions to small business owners. Over these years he has accumulated experience in working with a wide variety of industry specialties. Mr. Carroll has served the Central Florida community for the past 9 years and is currently an Associate Board Member for Florida Citrus Sports as well as a recent alumnus of Leadership Orlando. He achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Louisiana Tech University.
